Hey everyone! It’s been a while since the last mailout (for those of you who wrote in worried, I did in fact survive that trip to Gothenburg, sorry for the scare), so we figured now would be a good chance to catch you all up on our booming business ventures, before we all get drafted into the impending WW3, defending Greenland alongside our Scandinavian brothers and sisters against that Demented Orange Ratfucker.
We also very smartly decided to schedule 643 single releases for our first full week back in the office, so there actually is a fair bit of good music to get through…
VERO ARE BACK AND STILL AMAZING!
First up, we just announced “Razor Tongue”, the second album from Stockholm trio Vero. If you somehow missed their debut LP, “Unsoothing Interior”, it’s honestly one of the best records we’ve released… imagine an early Sonic Youth album that you could play in front of your parents without getting sectioned. I’m glad to report that the new record is equally as impressive/listenable, as demonstrated on new single “100 Calls”. Streaming links for that and the vinyl pre-order are here!
HEMI HEMINGWAY JOINS THE MILE HIGH CLUB!
There are no words strong enough to describe how much we’re in love with the upcoming new Hemi Hemingway LP. Fuck how good the music is, you should buy it just for the artwork. Although saying that, the music is fucking great also, in fact so much so that the renowned global tastemakers Air New Zealand have started playing it on their planes during boarding, which is pretty mental (not even joking about that). His new single just came out this week - listen to the orthographically troublesomely titled “This City’s Tryna Break My Heart” and pre-order that beautiful vinyl right here (released Feb 20).
VEGAS WATER TAXI ARE PROVING BEN’S MOTHER VERY VERY WRONG!
Continuing their trend of thankfully-borderline copyright breaching/libel/defamation suit-worthy songs, vegas water taxi also just released new single “jamie xx”.
Despite the previously reported disdain from Ben’s own mother over his music, we’re very happy to update that she seems to be way off the mark - most notably BBC Sounds just making VWT their coveted Featured Artist of the week, and BBC6 Music also adding the band to their “Ones To Watch 2026”.

Hot off the heels of her Christmas smash (over half a million plays ain’t damn bad), ShitKid bassist Gasolina is back with her super-pop solo project - and it’s another absolute banger. That’s about it for now - other than you should also know that ahead of their world tour, we’re repressing a bunch of previously sold-out ShitKid records, check those out here. More of her live dates will be announced very soon, and FYI both the London and Paris shows sold-out super quick, and the Berlin show is running very low on tickets. Also next week, we finally release the new 7” from Stockholm’s future superstars Clutter - make sure to order that here before it’s too late, as we never repress 7”s.
